+44 (0)1629 813961Towards the end of the implementation process and as close to the point of 'go live' as possible, training is given to the new users. Training sessions can be delivered on-site at your premises, or via a WebEx system.
Training sessions usually last one day and the content of which is dependent on each of the users ability and is tailored accordingly (maximum of 8 people.) The session itself is a mix of on-screen demonstration by the trainer and hands on 'doing' by the trainees. Refresher or further training sessions for new starters can be arranged at any time.
