Generate event delegation lists, name badges and sign-in sheets

Once you have created an Event and have you confirmed attendees, you can select to create Event Delegation lists, Name Badges, and Sign-in Sheets. 

  1. Go to the Events module & Search and select your Event.
  2.  From the View Event screen, click Generate Document found on the left-hand menu.
  3. A popup will appear, select the document you wish to generate.
  4. The document will be generated and appear at the bottom of your screen in a Word Format.

Please Note: If you would like to change the Delegation Lists, Name-Badges, or Sign-in Sheets branding or merge fields that are generated you can do this in System Settings>Event Configuration, follow the instructions on-screen or contact support@tractivity.co.uk for further support.
