You will need to have searched for your Enquiry first, working from the View Enquiry screen scroll to the Halfway Navigation Bar, click the Activities tab. Now click on the red Activity name
You are now in the View Activity screen, go to the Left Hand Menu and click Reassign Activity
From the 'Reassign Activity' search screen, now search for the Enquiry name that you wish to Reassign the activity to.
In the Halfway Navigation Bar, you can now select which Enquiry you wish to Assign the activity to, simply go to the far right, and click the red Assign link. Click OK to confirm you wish to Reassign
