Add a Deputy

We appreciate some of your stakeholders may have Personal Assistants/Administrators working alongside them. Using Tractivity, you can ensure your Contact(s) and their Deputy receive email communications.

To use this functionality:

  1. Go to module Organisations & Contacts and using the Search functionality, type in the name of the contact. Select this contact and you will be taken to their 'View Contact' screen.
  2. From the left-hand menu under Add New you will see the option Add Deputy - click this option.
  3. Enter the details of the Deputy and click Save.
  4. The Deputy will then become linked with the Contact.
  5. From the left-hand menu you will be able to Email Contact and select if the Deputy should be apart of this communication.

Please note: a Deputy will not be sent Event Invitations or Mailshots unless they are also included in the Event/Distribution Lists.
