Add Enquiry Activity Priority Level

How to add a Priority Level to your Enquiry Activities

  1. First search for your Enquiry, working from the View Enquiry screen
  2. Go to the Left Hand Menu click Add Enquiry Activity, work through the Add Enquiry Activity page, populating all mandatory fields
  3. Look for the new field **Priorty , you can now select from a High, Normal or Low priority drop down list, click Save  at the bottom of the screen

* Note - When you set a pending Activity, as well as seeing the pending Activity on your Home Screen Activities List, in addition you will now see the priorty level you set and the icon related to the priority level.

** If you do not see the Priority field visible, please speak to your System Admin or Customer Success Team to have the field switched on.
