Add or Remove a Search Field
Add or remove a search field from the organisations and contacts screen
Tip - the steps below are applicable to any other modules you wish to add or remove search fields. I.e. Enquiries.
- Working from the Organisations and Contacts search screen. The search screen will have a range of search boxes displayed as standard, allowing you to search by specific criteria.
- You can add more search fields by clicking the red Settings button
- Select what type of search box you wish to add, using the drop-down. First, select from Organisation, Contact, Building, Land Parcel & Survey Search Boxes.
- Click to the right of any Field title using the arrow Add to add a new search box.
- To remove a Field , underneath Selected Fields go to the right of the title, click the cross
- You can also use the Up and Down arrows, to change the order the search fields appear
- Finally click the red Save button
