Adding Account Handlers who won't be a User of Tractivity

Tractivity allows you to add Account Handlers, who won't have a username and password to access Tractivity. 

Any new user added to Tractivity is automatically added to the Account Handler drop-down list, to add Non-User Account Handler you will need to click on System Admin is found in the top right corner of your system. For users who don't have this access please speak with your superuser and they can follow the below steps or video:

1. Inside System Admin, on the left-hand menu click Project System Data. 
2. Account Handler will be a drop-down list option click on the red banner to expand the box. 
3. Click Add Account Handler, to add as many Non-user Account Handlers. 
4. The Account Handler List will now be a combination of users who are assigned to the project and any user-added here. 
5. If you wish to delete a current user you can select to switch to an Account Handler instead of deleting. This will mean the user will no longer be able to access the system, but all their assigned organisations, contacts, enquiry and activities will still be searchable inside Tractivity.
