Adding an Activity
How to add an Activity to an Enquiry
- Working from the View Enquiry or a View Contact screen from the left-hand menu select Add Enquiry Activity, or Add Activity
- Populate every field in this screen marked with an * Asterisk, then click the red save buton at the bottom of the screen
- You are now back in the View Activity screen and can view the Activity that you have just added
* Note - Allocated To Teams means you can create a pending activity for one of your team to action. Furthermore, use this drop-down to select who sees the activity on their homescreen.
** Note - In most cases, an activity is added to an Enquiry. However you can add an activity to a Contact record-if you are unsure, please refer to What is an enquiry? What is an Activity? article in the Support Hub.
