Adding an Activity

How to add an Activity to an Enquiry

  1. Working from the View Enquiry or a View Contact screen from the left-hand menu select Add Enquiry Activity, or Add Activity
  2. Populate every field in this screen marked with an * Asterisk, then click the red save buton at the bottom of the screen 
  3. You are now back in the View Activity screen and can view the Activity that you have just added

Note - Allocated To Teams means you can create a pending activity for one of your team to action. Furthermore, use this drop-down to select who sees the activity on their homescreen.


** Note - In most cases, an activity is added to an Enquiry. However you can add an activity to a Contact record-if you are unsure, please refer to What is an enquiry? What is an Activity? article in the Support Hub.
