Changing a users default project
How to change the default project set for a user
- Click on System Admin , from the View Client screen go to the Halfway Navigation Bar, then select the user from the list by clicking on the red clickable link
- You are now viewing the user, go to the Halfway Navigation Bar, on the far right you will see which default project the user is currently set to, simply uncheck the project they are currently set to and check the correct default project that they need to appear on their home page upon logging into Tractivity
*Note - this process can also be carried out when adding a new user to your system, your System Admin or Account Manager can set a default project at the point of adding new users. Please look out for the tutorial 'How to add a user and assign projects'.
