Customise Drop-down Lists

Tractivity allows you to customise your drop-down lists. Inside System Admin is found in the top right corner of your system. For users who don't have this access please speak with your superuser and they can follow the below steps or video:

1. When inside System Admin, on the left-hand menu when clicking Global or Project System data when viewing a drop-down list click on  Display Order. 
2. A drop-down menu will appear, select to sort alphabetical or custom sort. 
3. When the custom sort is clicked you will see the current order listed on the right-hand side of each drop-down option. To change the order simple drag and drop it into your preferred order. 
4. Click Save
