Difference between a survey description and title?

You may wish to separate questions by inserting a title and description, commonly used to set the scene before going into a list of questions.

To insert a title and description simply click Add a title button found within the grey footer.

Once clicked, at the bottom of the section, populate with relevant information. The title will become mandatory, however, the description will be set as optional.

Move the title and description above or below any question, by drag & drop OR by clicking the up or down arrows.
