Editing Project Default Subscription Preferences

Within Tractivity, you can amend the subscription preferences for each project you have.

1. Head to ‘System Admin’ in the top navigation bar in Tractivity.
2. On the left hand side menu, under ‘configuration’ click on ‘Subscription Preferences Configuration’.
3. Each line should show one of your projects – You can allow emails to be sent with the tickbox. To amend the subscription preferences default, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select which default you would like for both organisations and contacts. You will then need to click ‘save’ to ensure it updates.
