How to archive Surveys

This article will explain how you can archive Surveys.

 

  1. Select your chosen survey from the Surveys module, which will bring you to the View Survey screen.
  2. Select Archive Survey from the left hand menu.
  3. A pop up will appear to ask if you are sure you want to archive the survey. Click OK.
  4. The system will take you back to the main Survey module screen, which means your survey has now been archived, and will not appear in any searches.

**Please Note** You can only archive a survey if it is in draft status, or if the survey has been terminated. If you’re survey has an open or retracted status, the Archive Survey option will not appear.
