How to change your field configuration

Tractity allows you to amend the field configuration of various modules; depending on what details you may wish to record for your stakeholders or engagements.

You can switch on or turn off any fields, providing you have access to the system admin.

1. Head to System Admin in the top navigation bar in Tractivity.
2. On the left hand menu, under Configuration click on Field Configuration.
3. If you have multiple Project Databases, select the project you wish to update the field configuration for from the projects dropdown list at the top, then click the + icon on the module, you wish to update.
4. Simply tick or untick the boxes as to what you would like – this updates automatically and you do not need to click save.
