How to create a Land Parcel

Follow the below steps to create your own Land Parcels.

 

Top Tip: before you begin creating your Land Parcels, please ensure you've entered relevant Buildings against your stakeholder Contacts and/or Organisations

1. Inside your Tractivity system, go to the Land Parcel module.

2. From the left-hand menu, click Add Land Parcel

3. Apply a Title, Description and choose which Tractivity users who can edit the information you've added via Owner Teams

4. Draw an Area: using the map provided you can zoom out and find a specific area. Once you've decided on the area, double click the map to complete your zones, like so:

Using the Building information you've already added prior to creating a Land Parcel, the system will return all contacts and/or organisations within the zone you have created.
