How to Request Communication Preferences in a Survey
How and where you can request Communication Preferences within your Survey
- You are working from the Edit Survey screen , scroll down to the section Survey Responses.
- At the bottom of this section you will find a new field, Request Communication Preferences, with a dropdown of Yes or No.
- Selecting Yes - means you will be asking for Subscription Preferences to be updated, this appears on the last page of your survey for respondees to choose their preferences.
- Selecting No - this means you will not ask for Subscription Preferences to be updated within your survey, and that Stakeholders original Subscription Preferences will be remain applicable.
*Note - If you are sending the survey out to new Stakeholders, i.e. during a consultation, you may wish to have this option switched on.
