How to tag issues against Survey Responses
Tagging Survey responses allows you to review answers, and tag comments against specific issues and sub-issues. You can also tag issues against sub projects, and equally log the sentiment. This will then collate all comments tagged, allowing you to analyse trends within your responses more easily.
- Navigate to the Survey module, and select a survey that has responses.
- Click into either the confirmed responses or unconfirmed responses This will open up a summary of your responses received.
- Within the issues column you can select the red tag icon, which will open up the tag issue screen.
- Toggle between the different questions using the Select Question dropdown.
- As you toggle through the questions, any answers will appear in the main box below.
- Highlight the section of text you wish to tag and select the Copy + Paste button, to paste your selected text into the Transcript box.
- If you use the Sub-projects field, please select your chosen sub-project that this comment relates to. **Please note** The sub-projects field may not appear on your screen if it is currently not being used. If you would like to use this field please reach out to your system admin user, or your designated Tractivity Customer Success Manager.
- Select the Issue that you wish to tag against the text from the Issues dropdown field. **Please note** Issues and Sub-Issues need to be set up by your system admin user or Tractivity Customer Success manager. If the Issues list is blank please reach out to them.
- Select the sentiment using the Sentiment field.
- Click Save. A summary of your tagged comment will appear below.
- To tag further responses, simply repeat the process and click save. Each comment tagged will appear summarised below.
- Once finished, exit the tagging screen.
- If you would like to see a summary of all responses tagged, select the Issues tab.
