How to undo and find a previous version of your Event Email

You can undo any actions immediately, as well as revert back to an older version of your email/template easily and quickly in the event email builder.

1. At the very bottom of your email builder, on the left-hand side – you’ll find 3 icons.

2. The first icon when clicked will show all previous actions – and you can select a previous version of the email/template to revert back to, at the click of a button.

3. The next two icons are for ‘undo’ and ‘reverse undo’. For those quick changes you want to cancel out or go back to.
