Linear questions

Linear question type, asks for a single-select response with a limited set of options presented in a range or scale. Linear questions are designed to capture stakeholder's opinion or sentiment. 

To add a linear question to your Survey, please follow the below steps;

1). Inside the Edit Survey Screen, select Add a Question.

2). Type your survey question over the following text. Add a Question Title, for example; 'rate our service?

3). Add a description (optional), should you wish to add any supporting text to your question.

4). Using the dropdown box, select your desired question type - Linear.

5). Choose the range; for example,  1-5 or 1-10.

6). First Value Label & Last Value Label, allows you to attach a meaning to the first and last value; for example, ‘1’ being Poor and ’10’ being Excellent.

7). Tick required ensures the question is answered before the survey can be submitted.
