Managing your Issues

After you have tagged your Issues within Enquiries, Activities and/or Surveys, you can use our search and export functionality to manage your Issues.

You can use our Search functionality to find specific Issue types, for example: all Positive sentiments logged. Or, all Issues tagged against a specific Survey you recent conducted.

You can also select the Contact/Organisation from the Issue logged to see further Issues tagged against that individual and pull reports from the View pages.

The Issues Module will automatically load all Issues tagged in your engagements. You can export these using Issue Report which is available in 3 formats: Word, PDF or CSV. Select your preferred format to download the report into your default web browser.
