New Email Builder - Creating and Managing Mailshot Templates

Our new builder allows you to create and edit as many templates as you need. 

Creating a new Mailshot Template

1. New Template
   From the Mailshot Module homepage, select ‘New Template’.
   
   
2. Title
   Give your Mailshot Template a name. Try to be as descriptive as possible to ensure other users understand what this template is to be used for.
   
   
3. Select a Template to use as the starting point for your Mailshot
   You can select either a blank template or use an already existing template within your system.
   
   
4. Save Template/Save & Edit Template
   You can select either ‘Save Template’ to be taken back to the homepage or ‘Save & Edit Template’ to be taken to the Mailshot Builder Tool.

Managing existing Mailshot Templates

1. All Templates
   From the Mailshot Module homepage, select ‘All Templates’.
   
   
2. Edit
   By selecting ‘Edit’, you can rename your template and edit the contents of your template.
   
   
3. Archive
   By selecting ‘Archive’, you can hide your template from the system.
