Partial Survey Responses - (Optional to display)

How to choose if Partial Survey responses are displayed

  1. Working from the View Survey  screen, you have already selected your Survey title.
  2. Go to the Left Hand Menu, click Edit Survey.
  3. In the Edit Survey screen, scroll to the section 'Survey Responses', scroll to the bottom of the section and you will see the title 'Display Partial Survey Responses' with a Yes or No dropdown.
  4. Select YES if you wish to see Partial Responses when the surveys are being completed by respondents.
  5. Select NO , if you do not wish to see any Partial Responses, when surveys are being completed.

*Note - Please remember, that if your survey is several pages and page 1 answers have been completed, and the respondent does not click next to go to the next page, then those responses will not be saved.
