Previewing and Exporting Enquiry Activities

You can do this from either; View Organisation, View Contact or View Enquiry Screen. Here we are working from the View Enquiry screen
Move down to the Halfway Navigation Bar, you will see the Activities tab , click on the tab
You can click the eye icon on the left to view any accompanying notes related to each Activity
Go to the top right, just above the Activities list, click on the Preview Activities red button.
Select all using the check box,or, select the Activities you want to export and press the red Export Activities button.
Now you will see a word document open in the bottom left of you screen, open that to view your exported Activities.
