The average ranking is calculated as follows, where:

The rank of answer choice x response count for answer choice

For the option Spending time with Family

3 participants ranked it 1st = 3 x 1 = 3

2nd = 0 x 3 = 0

3rd = 0x 3 = 0

4th = 1 x 4 = 4

5th = 1 x 5 = 5

6th = 0 x 6 = 0

All these values are added together 3 + 0 + 0 + 4 + 5 + 0 = 12

The Anwser of 12 is divided by the amount of anwsers = 12 divided 5 = 2.4

When N/A Option is included

If you chose to include a N/A option on the Ranking question, any N/A responses will not factor into the average ranking
