Request a postcode

How to request a postcode from invitees on the event registration page

  1. Firstly search your Event, go to the left hand menu, click Edit Event
  2. Scroll down to the Event Registration section, where you will see the field Request Postcode, use the dropdown to select Yes, or, No, you can also select if you want to make this a mandatory data capture here
  3. Click Save
