Retracting a Survey

1. Select your survey within Tractivity, now you are working from the View Survey screen.
2. Click the red 'Retract Survey' button.
3. You will be presented with a text box asking 'Are you sure that you would like to retract the survey?'. Add text and click ok.
4. You will now be back in the View Survey screen, check your survey status and it should now read Published (Retracted).
5. When you have amended your survey, simply click the Publish Survey button again.

*Note - the unique survey URL will always remain the same when retracting and republishing a survey.
