Review survey responses - Confirmed & Unconfirmed Responses

All completed survey responses will be saved inside the View Survey screen and viewed on the halfway navigation bar inside two tabs titled, Confirmed Responses and Unconfirmed Responses;

• Confirmed Responses, the contact has verified their email address.
• Unconfirmed Responses, the stakeholder has not verified their email address is correct.

You have the flexibility to override and confirm responses, this can be done by the below steps following;

1). On the halfway navigation bar inside the tab titled, Unconfirmed Responses - View all unconfirmed responses. 

2). Tick each response you wish to verify as being from a valid contact.

3). Click Confirm Response button

Each response ticked will be moved across to the Confirmed Responses tab
