Share Stakeholders across projects

 

Please note: sharing stakeholders is functionality only available to license holders with access to System Admin

Please note: you won't need to Share if you only have one project in your system

Share Stakeholders allows you to ensure contacts and/or organisations in one of your projects can easily be transferred to another. This means the contact/organisation will exist in one or more projects, which you can review under the View screens.

  1. Click System Admin in the top right of your screen
  2. Go to the Left Hand Menu, click Share Stakeholders
  3. You are now in Share Stakeholders screen , select from each of the four drop down lists
  4. Click the red Next button.
  5. Press Submit  if you wish to select ALL Stakeholders, if not, use the search screen search fields to categorise by the type of Stakeholders you wish to share into your Project.
  6. Check the box in either the pale grey area to select all, or, check individual boxes if you wish, next click the red Share button
  7. Click Share More if you wish to repeat the process and share other Stakeholders across other projects
