Stakeholder Mapping Adding a New Phase & Remapping Stakeholders

Adding a New Phase & Remapping Stakeholders via Tractivity 

1. Inside the Stakeholder Mapping Module, click on the stakeholder mapping title of the one you wish to remap. 
2. On the left -hand click Map Stakeholder, a pop box will appear and use the drop-down to select Start New Phase
3. The screen will show past scores of your mapped stakeholders, and you can now review and amend any scoring accordingly.

Adding a New Phase & Remapping Stakeholders via Upload Tool 

1. Inside the Stakeholder Mapping Module, click on the stakeholder mapping title of the 3. one you wish to remap. 
2. Click Import Mapping from the left-hand menu, and select to Map a new phase via the drop-down list. 
3. The import tool will not show previous scorings, we recommend clicking Export Mappings from the left-hand menu to allow you to review past scores. 
4. Once you have saved your mappings, drag and drop on the screen and click import.
