Stakeholder Mapping System Admin Setup & Configuration

Please Note:

Only System Admin users, who have access to the system Admin link in the top right-hand corner of your system can follow these next steps. If you don't have this access please ask your Superuser/System Admin to complete them for you. 

  1. Inside System Admin, on the left-hand menu click Stakeholder Mapping Attributes 
  2. An example of attributes is displayed on the screen, you can click to Archive attributes or add new ones via the left-hand menu option Add Attribute
  3. Each attribute has a title, and description and can be linked to one or all of your projects. 
  4. Once you have completed the above, inside Field Configuration, click Stakeholder Mapping to allow you to determine which information you wish to record when creating a new Mapping.  Attributes will also be shown, but don't worry each user, can select which attributes to use, each time you create a new mapping.
