Stakeholder Mapping System Admin Setup & Configuration
Please Note:
Only System Admin users, who have access to the system Admin link in the top right-hand corner of your system can follow these next steps. If you don't have this access please ask your Superuser/System Admin to complete them for you.
- Inside System Admin, on the left-hand menu click Stakeholder Mapping Attributes
- An example of attributes is displayed on the screen, you can click to Archive attributes or add new ones via the left-hand menu option Add Attribute
- Each attribute has a title, and description and can be linked to one or all of your projects.
- Once you have completed the above, inside Field Configuration, click Stakeholder Mapping to allow you to determine which information you wish to record when creating a new Mapping. Attributes will also be shown, but don't worry each user, can select which attributes to use, each time you create a new mapping.
