Tractivity v24.3.2 - Release Notes
Improvements & Bug Fixes released in November 2024
Improvements
- Events - Contact Phone Field
Stakeholders can now provide a contact phone number when completing the Event Registration Form. This must be switched on inside System Admin > Field Configuration > Contact to feature in Events. - Report - New "Contact Activities" Report
This new report will show the amount of Activities for each Activity Type, per Project Category, within a selected date range. You can find this in the Reports module, inside the Common folder and then the Activities folder, titled All Contact Activities by Project Categories Between Dates.
Bug Fixes
- Events - 'Invitation Opened' issue
The 'Invitation Opened' column under 'Invited Contacts' in Events would show as blank, despite an invitee having opened the Event invite. This is now resolved and an open date and time stamp will appear in the format DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM - Buildings - 'Not Found' option
Log-outs and crashes would occur when clicking "Not Found" when searching for a Building address. This is now fully resolved. - Surveys - HTML code visible in Survey
HTML code was visible at the introductory text of a Survey. This is fully resolved and no unintentional code will be present across survey pages. - Single Sign-On - MFA discrepancies
Missing prompts to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) and inconsistent information about MFA in the System Admin menu were reported. This is fully resolved to ensure those with MFA can successfully log in. - Mailshots - Anchor links
Anchor links (commonly used to "jump around" areas in a Mailshot email) were not working in emails, despite working during mailshot tests. This has been resolved to ensure anchor links work as intended. - Mailshots - Links
Links in Mailshots that included "http://" or "https://" in the URL were not working. This is now resolved to include the above URL types. - Mailshots - Text
Punctuation marks, including question marks (?) would be added when content from other sources was Copied and Pasted into the mailshot builder. This has been fully resolved to prevent any unwanted punctuation appearing. - Events - Default Category fields
Fields for "Default Stakeholder Category" and "Default Contact Category" would appear in the "Add Event" form despite these categories not being configured. This has been fully resolved and the categories will only show in this area if they are switched on within System Admin > Field Configuration > Contact.
