An 'Associated Organisation' column has been added to the "All Activities by Date, Status and Allocated User" and "All Organisation Activities Between Dates" reports.
- Reports - "All Activities by Date and Status" report update
The “All Activities by Date and Status” report has had the following columns added: 'Political Party', 'Stakeholder Category', 'Organisation Category', 'Regions' and 'Account Handler'.
Bug Fixes
- Reports - 'Last Log-in' error
Users noticed that this report did not factor in use of the Tractivity Outlook add-in when displaying the 'Last Log-in' value, suggesting some users used the system less often than they did. This has been corrected so that log-ins via the Outlook add-in are factored into this value. - Reports - Filters
Previously, the options available in filters only included options used in existing data. For example, filtering by Project Category would only allow you to select Project Categories associated with an existing record - not the full range of available Project Categories. This has been corrected so filters will now display all available options.
- Reports - Abending reports
The reports "All Organisations" and "All Organisation, Contact, Enquiry and Event Interactions" were failing to run for some users, instead displaying a message that the report had been "abended".
- Reports - "All Activities By Date, Status and Account Group" report
A bug caused this report to not run for some users. - "Welcome to Tractivity" email
This email for new Users would display an incorrect email address. This has now been corrected to the right address (customersuccess@tractivity.co.uk). - Organisations and Contacts - Invalid email addresses
Some users had reported instances of valid email addresses being labelled as invalid. Our developers have built a new tool to combat this in the future; just email support@tractivity.co.uk if you encounter this issue while using Tractivity. - Surveys - Ranking questions
Ranking questions in a survey (where the respondent has to order a list of answers in order of their preference) were not being picked up as "questions answered" by the Survey module. - Mailshots - Unsubscribe links
A user reported an issue where unsubscribe links would not display correctly. - Mailshots - Button links
Links included in "Button" content blocks were not working as intended. - Events - "Email Attendees" option
Clients had experienced crashes when attempting to send a "branded email" using the "Email Attendees" option on an Event page. - Engage 360 - Various bug fixes
Internal development has been carried out to improve and enhance the Engage 360 experience.
