Tractivity Email Builder - Events - How to send a test email

 

Once you have completed your event invite email, you may wish to send a test to yourself or a colleague to make sure you are happy with it. 

From within the event email content page select the Send Test button and complete the following fields: 

  • Test Email Address – This is the email you would like to send a test to  
  • Merge fields – The following fields are what will appear in the mail merge fields within the email. For example, if you have added a merge field to include a contacts first name, you can complete this field with an example name to see how it will look in the test email.
