Improvements

• Outlook add-in - Add new Organisations
  The ability to add new organisations via the Outlook add-in is now available, similar to the existing ability to add new contacts.

• Mailshots & Events Builder - Add Owner Teams
  The ability to add Owner Teams to your Mailshots and Event Invitations is now possible. 

Bug Fixes

The below bugs reports have now been resolved.

• Outlook Add-in - Contact Subscription Preferences
  When adding a Contact through the Outlook plug-in, the Contact's Subscription Preferences will now match the default preferences for your project.
• Enquiries - Cloning Enquiry Activities
  When cloning an Enquiry with at least one Activity, the Activity did not clone.
• Organisations & Contacts - Export
  Issues were occurring when using the "Export" button on the search results page in this module, particularly when exporting a large number of stakeholders.
• Surveys - Exporting "Analyse Survey" results
  An issue with the "From" address used to send this export was resulting in the export not sending successfully.
• Reports - All Projects Report
  Archived Projects were being included in the "All Projects" Report.
• Calendar - Duplicate Activities
  Activities in the Calendar module were duplicating for some users.
• External Forms
  An error prevented some external forms from completing.
• Mailshot - Mailshot Statistics
  Multiple false instances of 'click here to unsubscribe' appeared in link information.
  Statistics were not displaying correctly.
• System Admin - Merge Stakeholders
  An error message would display for some users when merging stakeholders in the System Admin tools, despite the merge completing successfully.
• Surveys - English/Welsh 
  Surveys now include Welsh where it was previously missing, for survey close dates and "Other" options.
• Reports - Abending Reports
  An issue caused Reports to "abend" and fail to run.
• Surveys - Invisible characters in response exports
  Seemingly blank cells in exports of survey responses included invisible characters.
• Mailshot - Screen resolution
  An issue caused the mailshot builder to have difficulty displaying on screens with smaller resolutions.
• Mailshot - Statistics export speed
  The Mailshot Statistics export was completing slower than intended.
• System Admin - Import Stakeholders
  Specific lines of data within an import were causing the "Import Stakeholders" tool to freeze mid-import.
• Mailshots - Links 
  Certain links were working for a test mailshot, but these links were not functional in the final mailshot.
• System Admin - Email Addresses
  The email address validation was updated to allow addresses to include question mark characters (?).
