Improvements

• New Reports
  The following reports are now available from the Reports Module:
  
  • Activities > Activity Types by Week
  • Activities > Outstanding Activity Types by Age Overview
  • Activities > Outstanding Activity Types by Age Data
  • Enquiries > Number of Enquiries by Sentiment and Week
  • Enquiries > Number of Enquiries by Status and Week Overview
  • Enquiries > Number of Enquiries by Status and Week Data
  • Distribution Lists > All Contacts With Distribution Lists
• X (Twitter)
  All references to Twitter have now been updated to "X (Twitter)". This change can be seen on Contact records, CSV exports, External Forms and on Survey pages.
• Mapolitical Organisation Code implementation
  Improved data management of Organisations for Mapolitical political Contacts.
• Event Invitations
  Event Invitations are no longer "hard deleted", these can now be recovered by our Support team if deleted by mistake.
• Email duplication check for mailshots
  An option to allow duplicate emails is available. For systems with multiple Projects, this option can be switched on or off on a Project-by-Project basis.
• Event Invitation Accept/Decline link
  If an event invitation has been deleted, this link will now redirect the ex-invitee to the Invalid Invitation response.
• Project Name length
  The length of a Project's name has been increased to a new maximum size of 128 characters.

Bug fixes

• BUG FIX - Enquiry Activity
  An error would occur where the system would hang after attempting to save, when a value was not provided for "Start/End" in the 'Range of reminder' panel.
• BUG FIX - Add/edit Enquiry Activity
  An error would occur when the "Reminder pattern" was set to Monthly or Yearly, with "Range of Reminder" set to end after 99 occurrences.
• BUG FIX - Print Survey caused error message
  This has now been fixed and the Print Survey option functions correctly.
• BUG FIX - Returning to Tractivity after logging out
  After logging out, users could browser Tractivity by clicking "back" on their browser. This has been corrected, and clicking "back" will direct the user to log in again.
• BUG FIX - Saving Organisations
  The save would not always function on the first time clicking the Save button. This has now been fixed.
• BUG FIX - Confirming Event Attendance
  An issue was resolved that caused the "Confirm Attendance" link to error out.
• BUG FIX - Adding Deputy Email Addresses to Contacts
  Populating the "Deputy - Email Address" field with "&" was causing errors.
• BUG FIX - Clone Project
  The "Select All" checkbox only selected the currently displayed records, ignoring records on other pages.
• BUG FIX - Organisation Project Interest syncing issue
  The search field for Organisation Project Interests had a syncing issue between the data in System Admin and the data appearing in the drop-down field.
• BUG FIX - Invalid Activity Reminder End Dates
  An issue where the End Date for an Activity Reminder was invalid has been corrected.
• BUG FIX - Missing fields when cloning a project
  "Preferences to Request" and "Include Project Interests" fields were not cloned.
• BUG FIX - Incorrect prompt when cloning a project
  Dialog showed "This Organisation Name already exists". This has been corrected to "This Project Name already exists.".
• BUG FIX - Deputy info
  The "Deputy" panel would only appear when "Deputy Name" value is provided.
• BUG FIX - Export Data Slowdown
  A bug was causing slowdown when data exports were generated.
• BUG FIX - Inaccurate Last Log-in Date
• An error caused the user's last log-in date to instead display the previous last log-in date. (For example, if a user logged in Tuesday 1 at 10am, and then again on Wednesday 2 at 11am, it would display the last log-in date as Tuesday 1 at 10am.)
• BUG FIX – Inaccurate Activities count on dashboard
  An error with the 'Standard' dashboard caused it to display an inaccurate number of Activities.
