Tractivity v23.4.2 - New Release Notes

• "Other" description for demographic fields
  Various clients requested that the demographics fields work the same way as the accessibility fields in terms of the “Other” functionality. For example, when a user chooses “Other”, they should get another text field to enter the name of the Other value.
• All Contacts by Contact Category
  A "Job Title" column has been added to report 'All Contacts by Contact Category'.
• Reports - Hide Flush Schedules Button
  Following reports from clients that sometimes scheduled reports disappeared, we have removed the flush button to help prevent users from inadvertently clicking this.

Bug Fixes

• BUG FIX - All Contacts by Account Group Report - Truncated value
  The report 'Contacts > All Contacts by Account Group' was cutting off part of the text in the Account Group(s) column.
• BUG FIX - Events: Move Event Group Contacts - "Add Selected Contacts To Move List" button appearing in error
  In Event Groups and on the “Move Event Group Contacts” screen, the "Add Selected Contacts To Move List" button appeared in error. This would occur after first searching for Contacts and then clearing the search result.
• BUG FIX - Issue adding contacts to distribution list via external form
  Contacts would appear in both the “Recipients” and “Invalid Recipients” lists.
• BUG FIX - System wide - Font fixes / updates
  Various font/spacing issues have bee resolved.
• BUG FIX - Enquiry Categories on the API
  Forms using the Tractivity API would include Enquiry Categories in drop-down fields that had been marked as "Internal Only".
• BUG FIX - View Organisation - Add Email "Drag and Drop" display issue
  The space to "drag and drop" your email to attach it to a record would be pushed down too far if fewer fields were turned on for Organisations.
• BUG FIX - Stakeholder Mapping Import Failure
  An issue identified by a client that caused the Stakeholder Mapping import to fail was resolved.
• BUG FIX - Events Phase 2 - Sign In Sheet wrong way around
  Many clients raised this issue whereby the sign-in sheet would show the Quantity (Qty) field.
• BUG FIX - Clone Enquiry Error (Activities Data grid)
  Attempting to clone an Enquiry with Activities spanning across multiple pages (in the Activities data grid) resulted in an error.
• BUG FIX – Unable to remove Account Handlers from system admin
