Tractivity v24.1 - New Release Notes

A new update as we head in the second quarter of 2024.

Improvements
  • Exago Reports (for systems with multiple projects)
Admin users can now choose to view data across all Projects. This is initially available for a majority of Reports, with the same option planned to be available for the remaining reports in the near future.
    • Please note that standard users will also see this option, but it will have no effect - the results will be from the Project the user is currently active in.
    • We plan to update the toggle to display "Yes/No" rather than "1/0" in a later release.
  • All Enquiries Between Dates report
This report is the same as All Enquiries Between Dates, with the addition to include column for Organisation's Stakeholder Categories, following a request from a Tractivity user.

Bug Fixes

  • BUG FIX - Issues Tab
The Export button was not displaying in some circumstances; this has been resolved.
  • BUG FIX - Subscription Methods archiving
An issue occurred where Subscription Methods were being archived following an export or import of system data. This has been resolved.
  • BUG FIX - Engage 360 Event Registration
Users had reported issues with adding events and adding links to event pages on Engage 360. This has now been resolved.
  • BUG FIX - Merging Contacts
We have prevented an error from occurring after merging contacts, as reported by one Tractivity user.
  • BUG FIX - External Forms
A fix has been applied to a field order check in the External Forms tool.
  • BUG FIX - Buildings Module
This issue caused long load times when loading Contacts; this has now been fixed.
  • BUG FIX - Outlook Add-in error
An issue with the Outlook add-in has been resolved, following a report from a user.
  • BUG FIX - Crashes when adding records
Now fixed, an issue was identified where adding Contacts, Organisations, Activities and other types of record would cause a system crash.
