Tractivity v24.2 - New Release Notes

• Shared Mailboxes - Automatic Replies
  A new option is available for System Admins to remove any automated replies from your Shared Mailbox, placing them instead in the "Completed" tab on your home page.
• Events/Mailshot - User interface
  The buttons used to progress through the mailshot/event invite creation stages has been updated to better match the new design.
• Events - Accept/Decline option
  You can now include an "Accept" or "Decline" option as part of your email invitation, allowing recipients to formally decline an invitation rather than leaving it unanswered.

Bug Fixes

• Reports - Issues Reports
  An issue was fixed where Reports based on Issues were displaying the Organisation name incorrectly.
• Reports - Break lines in exported Reports
  An error was occurring in some exported Reports where by blank rows would appear between other rows. This has now been fixed.
• Mailshot - Adding Recipients via CSV
  The GDPR pop-up when using a CSV file to add recipients to a mailshot is now correctly aligned within the window.
• Events - Email Builder
  Changes made in the Builder were being lost when users navigated backwards through the Event Email process. This has now been fixed.
• Mailshot - View in Browser
  An issue with the mailshot "View in Browser" preview occurred when users clicked on any special links within this preview. This has now been fixed.
• Mailshot - Merge Tags
  When using a Merge Tag, any Organisation names that were entirely capitalised (for example: NHS) were being displayed in a Mailshot with only the first letter capitalised. This has been corrected so that the name now displays correctly.
