Organisations & Contacts - New "External Ref" fields
A new field has been added to make importing data from other systems - such as older Tractivity systems - easier and less time-consuming.

The below bug reports have now been resolved.

Organisations & Contacts - Account Groups field
An error caused the Account Groups field to not be specific to Projects, as intended.
Organisations & Contacts - "Add Contact" styling
A styling issue had occurred on the "Add New Contact" form.
Events - Mandatory fields
An issue was causing some fields to display as mandatory unintentionally, including when setting invites as Declined.
Surveys - Reports for bilingual systems
Systems with English and Welsh language support were found to not deliver reports requested from a Survey page.
Reports - "All Activities" reports not running
An issue caused an "abended" message to be displayed when attempting to run any "All Activities" report for some users.
Reports - "All Contacts by Organisation Name" report
This report had a fault causing associated Contacts to not appear in the filter tool.
Issues - Crash when exporting CSV of Issues
A user reported a crash when attempting to import a CSV listing all Issues within a Project.
Outlook Add-in - Existing Enquiries not appearing when searched
The Tractivity Outlook add-in was failing to present existing Enquiries for a Contact, causing duplicates to occur.
Shared Mailbox - Loading issues
The Shared Mailbox was failing to load for one user, causing system slowdown.
Merge Stakeholders - Users being timed out
When using the "Merge Stakeholders" tool, some users reported being signed out when attempting to carry out a merge.
