Tractivity v23.4.3 - New Release Notes

• New columns for existing Reports
  A new "Contact Category" column has been added to the existing "All Attendees to Past Events" Report. Meanwhile, a “Political Party” column has been added to various Reports.
• Stakeholder Import and Exports
  The system's performance when exporting or importing stakeholders has been improved.
• Notification bar on login screen
  This new feature will allow Tractivity to send global notification message for all users - for example, if the system is undergoing maintenance, or if a new update has been released

Bug Fixes

• BUG FIX - Event Groups
  Deleted contact cannot be added to another group
• BUG FIX - Tractivity API
• The Contact field "Role List" was not available for systems using the Tractivity API; this field can be now been used with the API.
• BUG FIX - Date / time dialog
  The "Next" button was misaligned on this dialogue prompt, this has been corrected.
• BUG FIX - Shared Projects
  Activities shared between multiple Projects would sometimes not appear; this has been resolved.
• BUG FIX - Shared Mailbox - Downloading Messages
  If your Tractivity system had multiple Projects with Shared Mailbox enabled, if one of the mailboxes had an error, then mailboxes in other projects would not work and get stuck. This has been resolved.
• BUG FIX - Engage Portal
  An issue causing the Help/Feedback form to not work has been resolved.
• BUG FIX - “Allocated to Teams” bug when creating an activity
  When creating an activity, Allocated Teams was always saving the default team, even if it wasn’t selected.
• BUG FIX - Survey Reports
  A bug was affecting Excel Report generation for some clients.
