Tractivity v25.3 - Release Notes

Bug Fixes

• Organisations & Contacts - Quick Edit Email Address
  The "quick edit" function (the pencil icon) on a Contact or Organisation page was failing to recognise invalid email addresses.
• Organisations & Contacts - Sharing Organisations to Parent Projects
  A prompt will now appear when attempting to create an Organisation in a Child Project without choosing to share (or not share) the record to the Parent Project.
• Email - "Reply to" Address
  Issues were identified with replies to emails sent from the Email module arriving to the incorrect email address.
• Mailshots - Click amounts for Button links
  Rounded button links in Mailshot emails were found to be duplicating the amount of clicks they received by stakeholders.
• Surveys - "Confirmed Response Summary" document
  Percentages within this document were inconsistent, sometimes totally above or below 100%.
• Surveys - Responses updating Contact and Organisation records
  Survey responses will now only update existing Contact and Organisation records when the Survey response has been confirmed. Find more information here: https://www.tractivity.co.uk/knowledge-base/how-surveys-update-your-stakeholder-records
• Surveys - Image quality on PDF export
  The quality of the charts and graphs in the PDF export of a Survey were found to be lower resolution than intended.
• Surveys - Page Logic
  Clicking "Back" on a Survey will now send you to the last page you answered, for Surveys where page logic is used to skip pages based on how the user answers questions.
• Surveys - Welsh language characters
  The character ŵ was displaying with inconsistent font in Survey questions.
• Reports - 'Mailshot Statistics' report
  This report was displaying inconsistent numbers between the Recipients, Opened and Unopened fields.
• Shared Mailbox - SPAM and STATUS checkboxes 
  In the Completed tab of the Shared Mailbox, the blank checkboxes did not work, meaning completed emails couldn't be marked as SPAM (if marked as SPAM by mistake) or vice versa.
• External Forms - Image scaling on mobile devices
  The forms have been updated so images will scale correctly on mobile devices.
• System Admin - Archiving Account Handlers
  When a User is removed completely from a system, they will be removed from any Project's Account Handler options also. This has not been occurring successfully in some cases.
• System Admin - Mapolitical Area Configuration
  This menu is now available to access, as a bug had previously made it inaccessible to most users.
• Engage 360 - Icons 
  The icons now display correctly on all Engage 360 pages, following reports from some users that these were malfunctioning.
• Outlook Add-in - Email Activities with .HEIC attachments
  The Outlook add-in will now accept .HEIC attachments for Email Activities. This format is commonly used for photographs taken on an iOS device.
