Tractivity v25.4 - Release Notes
A more secure log-in process has been introduced in Tractivity's April 2025 update
This update was released on Tuesday 29th April 2025. If you have any questions about this update, please contact your Customer Success Manager at customersuccess@tractivity.co.uk.
Improvements
- Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication / Single Sign-On
Logging into Tractivity will now require Users to use either Multi-Factor Authentication OR Single Sign-On. This change has been made to increase account security, greatly reducing the possibility of data breaches or malicious activity through unauthorised access. You can find more details in our MFA and SSO FAQ. - Reports - "Last API Interaction Date" field
This field now appears in select "User" Reports to indicate when a User last updated a record through an API, including the Outlook add-in. - Reports - "Sentiment" field
This field is now present on all "Enquiry" Reports.
Bug Fixes
- Organisations & Contacts - Attach Organisation
The "Attach Organisation" option in the "Add New Contact" form would cause the form's "multi-select" fields to display incorrectly. - Surveys - Paper Responses
The page displaying Permitted File Extensions for Paper Responses was not displaying correctly for some users. There were also issues encountered with uploading files. - Events - Invitee filters
The pages on the "Invited Contacts" tab would act erroneously in some instances when filters were applied. - Events - Invitee postcode
Postcodes can now be collected as part of the Event registration form. This will be automatically applied to the invitee's Contact record. - Events - Invitation Status List
This document would insert semi-colons into the "Organisation Names" column for some users. - Events - Meeting URL/External Event URL
An issue was identified with adding certain Microsoft Teams links to these fields. - Reports - "All Users" Report
This report would sometimes include Projects that had been deleted or archived. - System Admin - Survey/Event Confirmation Email
This field can be found in the "Email Configuration" page in System Admin, and has been renamed. It was previously named "Event Confirmation Email Field".
