Improvements
- Mailshots - Formatting Improvements
The formatting and text in the Mailshot module has been updated for a clearer and more consistent experience. - Outlook add-in - Dark mode compatibility
The Outlook add-in has been enhanced to better support users using "dark mode" on their Windows devices. - System Admin - MFA Reset
Users with System Admin access can now reset a User's "Multi-Factor Authentication" (MFA). This can be done in the "Edit User" page in the System Admin menus.
Bug Fixes
- Activities - Attachments in Email Activities
Some Email Activities were found to not be displaying their attachments on the Activity record. This has been corrected so that Activities will now display correctly. - Organisations & Contacts - Duplicate prompt on "Add Contact"
The number of found duplicates when entering a new Contact's name will now reduce correctly when a First Name is entered. - Emails - "Reply to" issues
Crashes would occur when the "Reply to" address was not specified in Email Configuration in the System Admin pages. This has been corrected so that the "Reply to" address will default to being the "From" address, when no "Reply to" address is specified. - Surveys - Paper Responses
When adding a Paper Response to a Survey, the link to view "Permitted File Extensions" would not display correctly. Additionally, files would not upload correctly. This has been corrected so that the link works successfully and files upload as intended. - Surveys - Graphs in "Analyse Responses" exports
Graphs in the exported "Analyse Responses" document would sometimes appear cut off by the page margins. - Mailshots - Unsubscribe Links
Some 'Unsubscribe' Links in Mailshots were including additional text in error, resulting in links not functioning correctly. This has been corrected so the additional text no longer appears. - Reports - Contacts Reports
Some users had reported cases where the number of Contacts listed in a Contact Report would not match the number of Contacts found in the Organisation & Contacts module. This has been fixed so the same number displays in both instances.
