View and Export Mailshot Statistics

How to View and Export your Mailshot Statistics

  1. Working from the My Mailshot screen, select the Mailshot you wish to export statistics from, ensuring you are selecting a Mailshot that is at Status sent
  2.  In the View Mailshot screen, go to the Left Hand Menu, click Mailshot Stats
  3. Now in the Mailshot Stats screen, go to the Halfway Navigation bar where you can view;  opened e-mails, unopened to date and links Statistics, even Unsubscribers -  giving you a clear view of whom has opened your mailshot
  4. Next, to export your Mailshot Statistics, go to the Left Hand Menu, click Export Statistics, here you can export your Stat's into an excel file which will open in the bottom left of your screen, click open file

 

Please Note  - Ensure you select a Mailshot with "sent" status, as only when a Mailshot is sent will you see the option on the Left Hand Menu to click Mailshot Stats.
