Current Activities

After logging into Tractivity, the first page to load will be the Home Screen. The Home Screen can display any Activities from the current day or further. This guide will show you how to navigate the Home Screen’s Activities display.

Today’s Activities

The default view for the Home Screen is to show any Activities where the Start Date matches the current date. This only applies to any Activities set as “Pending”. It’s a great way to ensure you don’t miss any stakeholder engagement tasks on your agenda.

To mark an Activity as complete, just click on the checkbox next to the Activity. You can also click on the name of the Activity to open the full “View Activity” page.

Further Activities

You can expand this view from showing Activities beginning today, to Activities starting over the next week. Four views are available to use:

• Today
• Next 3 Days
• Next 5 Days
• Next 7 Days

You can change the view using the drop-down above the list of Activities. This is labelled with “Display Activities For” and the chosen view.

Filtering Activities

You can filter and sort Activities in your Home Screen list using the options on the headers of your list. Just click on the Filter icon to display the Filter menu. Using the drop-down, select the options you want to filter the list by. Then press the red “Filter” button to apply the filter to your list.

Clicking on each header will sort the list by that column’s entries in descending alphabetical order (or in date order for dates). Click the header again to sort in ascending order instead.
