Dashboards

View and change your Home Screen's Dashboard

Please note: This article reflects changes being introduced to Tractivity as part of the software's major modernisation update. This update is being rolled out to users from December 2025 onwards.

Everything on your Home Screen (below the Activities and Reminders) is part of your Home Screen Dashboard. Your Dashboard displays a variety of helpful charts and graphics summarising recent activity on your Tractivity system. In this article, you can learn more about the different types of Dashboards, what information they contain, and how to swap between your Dashboards.

Choosing your Dashboard

There are two types of Dashboards available to use – Standard and Engagement. You can change between these using the Currently Displaying drop-down menu, just above the Dashboard.

Standard Dashboard

The Standard Dashboard displays an overview of your system. Information listed here includes:

  • Totals for the number of Organisations, Contacts, Enquiries and Activities in the current Project
  • Any upcoming Events
  • The Issues logged most often in the last 3 months
  • Activities created over the last 2 months
  • Sentiment of created Activities (in the last quarter)
  • A chart of Activities segmented by Sentiment
  • A graph of Subscribed Contacts

Engagement Dashboard

The Engagement Dashboard is focused on the upcoming and recent engagement you have planned for your stakeholders. This dashboard includes the following:

  • Upcoming Events (including the number of invitees and how many have confirmed their attendance)
  • Recently completed Events
  • A graph of the 10 most-recently added Surveys (with responses)
  • Totals for Enquiries segmented by Enquiry Reason (in the last 3 months)
  • Any Completed Activities in the last 10 weeks (segmented by Activity Type)
  • Upcoming (Pending) Activities in the next 10 weeks
  • Mailshots recently sent
  • Upcoming Mailshots

Default Dashboard

You can change the default Dashboard for your account by clicking on My Settings. This option can be found in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Click Edit Details on the next screen; you can then change the Default Dashboard to either Standard or Engagement. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the form to save your choice.
