Email Builder - Including an 'Unsubscribe' link

An Unsubscribe link can be added to your emails using the Email Builder. This will allow your stakeholders to update their subscription preferences, opting in or out of further communications from your organisation.

 

To add an Unsubscribe link, add some text to your email. You can add text using any of the following content blocks: Paragraph, Title, Table, List or Button. After adding text, highlight the text you want to use as an unsubscribe link.

A black box will now appear with options to edit your text. Using the black box, select Special Links, then Footer and finally Unsubscribe Link. 

Depending on the text used, it will now be turned into a link. Once a recipient follows the link.  they will be able to unsubscribe from future emails sent from Tractivity. This will also update their Subscription Preferences within your Tractivity system.
