Linking an Enquiry to an Event

After hosting an Event for your stakeholders, you might find yourself making Enquiries from the conversations you have from your stakeholders. You can link these Enquiries back to your Event using the Link Associated Event option.

First, open the Enquiry you want to link to your Event. You can do this by searching in the Enquiries module, or by finding the Enquiry under the original Contact in the Organisation & Contacts module.

On the View Enquiry page, click Link Associated Event from the left-hand menu. This will take you to a search page for Events. You can either click Search to display all currently available Events, or you can use the search fields to find a specific Event. When you have found your Event, click the green + icon to link the Event to your Enquiry.

You can see the linked Enquiry under the Full Details tab back on the View Enquiry page. Click on its name to go to the View Event page and see the details of the Event in full.
