Welcome to all new Tractivity users! For those unsure of where to begin with your stakeholder engagement journey, the Introduction to Tractivity series is here for you.

The second part of this series looks at the Enquiries and Activities modules. You'll learn how to use these modules to record your conversations with stakeholders, from emails to phone calls. You will also learn the difference between Enquiries and Activities, and when to use one or the other.
