Overdue Activities
Catch up on recent or forgotten tasks from your Home Screen
Please note: This article reflects changes being introduced to Tractivity as part of the software's major modernisation update. This update is being rolled out to users from December 2025 onwards.
Any Pending Activities with a Start Date in the past will appear on your Home Screen. This is to highlight any stakeholder engagement work that you may have missed or simply forgotten to mark Completed.
If you have any Overdue Activities, you will see a bar with red text on your Home Screen, above where your Current Activities will be displayed. To view your Overdue Activities, click on this bar to collapse the list.
The list displays overdue Activities in date order, with the most recent pending Activity at the top. Each Activity is shown with its Start Date, the type of Activity/Action, if it is marked as High Priority, the Title of the Activity and who the Activity is Associated to.
You can sort the list by clicking on any of the headers (except for the headers above Priority and the Status checkbox).
The Activity/Action, Title and Associated To columns also have Filters. Clicking the filter icon on each header will display the Filter menu. Here, you can select an option to use as a filter for your Overdue Activities. For example, you can filter to only display Contact Activities, by using the filter above the Activity/Action column.
Click on the Status checkbox next to each Activity to mark it complete. This will move the Activity across to the Completed tab on the Home Screen and change the Status of the Activity to ‘Completed’.
